Ovog puta smo odabrali jedan obi\u010daj koji je karakteristi\u010dan i za svaki region u Srbiji: SVINJOKOLJ<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nekada<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U jednom doma\u0107instvu se uglavnom klalo po dve svinje, re\u0111e tri. Posao se delio \u2013 mu\u0161karci su klali svinje, \u201eprljili\u201c su ih slamom, prali ih, podelili na dva dela i ulazili su u ku\u0107u da bi raskomadali meso. \u017dene su spremale doru\u010dak, ru\u010dak i ve\u010deru. Za doru\u010dak se spremao \u201elango\u0161\u201c, pekla se d\u017eigerica i sve\u017ea slaninica. Nakon doru\u010dka \u017eene su prale creva i spremale ih za kobasice i bele kobasice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za ru\u010dak se pravio kuvani kiseli kupus sa slaninom, mesom i brizlama i paprika\u0161 od mesa i rebaraca. Krofne su se slu\u017eile posle podne. Za ve\u010deru se spremala \u010dorba od paradajza sa usitnjenim mesom, pe\u010deno meso i kobasice, ren i kompot. Ali, u nekim familijama se jo\u0161 uvek po\u0161tuje ovaj obi\u010daj, uz manje ili ve\u0107e promene.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kuvani kiseli kupus je najukusniji kad se sprema za svinjokolj.
