Ovog puta smo odabrali jedan doga\u0111aj karakteristi\u010dan za selo Torak a verujemo i mnoga druga sela:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NEKAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uskrs je najve\u0107i hri\u0161\u0107anski praznik koji ima specifi\u010dne obi\u010daje. Prvi dan Uskrsa se slavi u krugu porodice. Drugog dana Uskrsa se ide na groblje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svi uku\u0107ani ustaju rano da bi zavr\u0161ili svoje obaveze: mu\u0161karci namiruju stoku i pripremaju se za odlazak u crkvu, a \u017eene spremaju ru\u010dak i prave krofne koje se nose na groblje. Najstarija \u017eena iz ku\u0107e stavlja u tkanu torbu jelo koje se nosi na groblje za pokoj du\u0161e: slani kolak, kobasicu, crvena jaja, kola\u010de i krofne. Stavlja se jo\u0161 i fla\u0161a sa rakijom i jedna \u010da\u0161ica a bokal sa vodom se nosi u ruci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U Malom Torku se na groblje i\u0161lo nakon zavr\u0161etka slu\u017ebe u crkvi, oko podneva.\u00a0Na groblju sve\u0161tenik slu\u017ei slu\u017ebu pra\u0107en mu\u0161kin crkvenim horom. Glavna slu\u017eba se obavljala u crkvici koja je donacija deda Ilije. Zatim se i\u0161lo do krstova upokojenih sve\u0161tenika gde se slu\u017eilo koljivo, a obilazili su se i spomenici onih koji su umrli mladi. U Velikom Torku se na groblje i\u0161lo popodne posle ru\u010dka, a glavna slu\u017eba se slu\u017eila u centru groblja, kod velikog drvenog krsta. Nakon glavne slu\u017ebe jelo koje je done\u0161eno na groblje se stavljalo na dva velika stola pokraj tog krsta i bilo je osve\u0161tano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DANAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovaj lepi obi\u010daj se odr\u017eao do danas skoro nepromenjen. Svi idu na groblje doterani, sve\u0161tenik slu\u017ei slu\u017ebu na istim mestima, jedino su se malo promenila jela koja se nose na groblje za pokoj du\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foto: \u017dena sve\u010dano obu\u010dena za Uskrs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recept: KROFNE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5 dl mleka<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5 dl vode<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">50g kvasca<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 kafena ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 \u017eumance<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9 supenih ka\u0161ika ulja<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1kg &#8211; 1,5 kg bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mleko smla\u010diti da bude toplo, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i kvasac i ostaviti da kisne oko 30-tak minuta. U pripremljenu masu dodati so, \u017eumance i postepeno bra\u0161no i mesiti. Kad je ve\u0107 testo lepo ume\u0161eno dodati ulje i nastaviti mesiti. Kad je testo lepo , glatko ostaviti da odmara 30-tak minuta. Nakon toga, izvaditi na bra\u0161no posutu podlogu i rastanjiti oklagijom \u0161to tanje, oblik pravougaonika, otprilike debljine oko 2 cm. Pola pravougaonika poprskati ili lagano namazati hladnom vodom i preklopiti na pola. Opet pola tretirati vodom i opet drugom polovicom preklopiti i tako tri do \u010detiri puta dok se testo ne smanji u veli\u010dini, ali postaje deblje. Tako ostaviti 10-15 minuta. Za to vreme pripremiti masno\u0107u u kojoj \u0107e se krofne pe\u0107i. Testo rastanjiti debljine oko 1 cm i vaditi okruglom modlom, slagati na stoljnjak ili \u010dar\u0161av.
